Democracy in Debate – Boaventura at Mário de Andrade Library
The Mário de Andrade Libraby in São Paulo, Brazil, has been organizing a series of lectures on the topic of democracy. The goal is, first of all, to address the strikes for social rights in Brazil by social movements. The democracy ideal is an ultimate goal underlying these actions. Boaventura was invited to share his thoughts on this topic. The session was held in the beginning of this month. The video credits belong to the aforementioned library.
