Alice Cruz takes part to the workshop alongside social movements coming from different countries from the Global South and North. Her participation intends to contribute, with the outputs of previous research undertaken in Portugal and Brazil concerning the modern history of Hansen disease in both countries, to a collective discussion on the preservation of memory of Hansen disease (leprosy).
